What's the difference between Pay-As-You-Go and Credit Packages?+
PAYG is full price, billed per estimate or claim — no commitment. Credit Packages are pre-paid bundles at a 20% discount. Credits never expire, and you can use them on any tier.
How do credits work across tiers?+
Each tier costs a fixed number of credits: 1 for Translate, 2 for Translate & Scrub, 3 for T&S + Claim Admin, 5 for T&S + Claim Management. Mix and match however you want — pay 1 credit on one job, 5 on the next.
Is there a subscription or monthly minimum?+
No. There are no subscription fees, no monthly minimums, and no commitments. You only pay for the estimates or claims we actually work on.
What is Guarantee Mode?+
Preview your scrubbed estimate results before you pay. If you don't love the result, you don't keep it and you don't pay. We only earn when you earn more.
Do credits expire?+
No. Pre-paid credits stay on your account until you use them.
Can I upgrade a tier mid-claim?+
Yes. Start with a Translate and add Scrub later, or hand a claim off for full management at any point. We bill the difference in price or credits.
